Manufactured to withstand harsh solvents that would degrade other traditional bottle-top filter assemblies, FilterITTM conveniently fits most laboratory bottles with a GL45 thread and is available in three membranes types: PES, Nylon and PTFE; Two pore sizes: 0.2um and 0.45um and two sizes: 500ml and 1000ml.
Nylon - Naturally hydrophilic and has greater chemical compatibility than other membranes. Extremely low extractables. Best used with solutions containing little or no protein.
